Financial Controller
THE ROLE
This role reports directly to the Group Finance Director and combines operational and strategic responsibilities across financial reporting, process improvement, and cashflow forecasting.
We're looking for a hands-on, delivery-driven candidate who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for :
- Oversight of monthly and annual reporting, including group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, board and bank reporting
- Coordinate overseas accounting to meet group deadlines;
- Lead the Group’s annual audit;
- Manage budgeting and reforecasting processes;
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns;
- Lead cashflow forecasting, payment processes, and treasury operations;
- Manage and coach more junior members of the finance team;
- Enhance internal controls, drive process improvements, and lead finance automation;
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure timely and accurate client contracting.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with solid post-qualification experience, ideally trained in practice
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior Finance Manager, preferably in high-growth environments
- Background in consultancy or professional services is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing small to mid-sized teams in fast-paced settings
- Solid technical accounting knowledge, including Group reporting and balance sheet control
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with platforms like Xero and implementation of new systems to enhance delivery
